This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from our users. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our websites under the Hart Wisdom Community, Lightbody Engineering and EntertConsciousness Studios, LLC.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users enroll in any of our private sessions, groups, workshops, retreats or courses within our organization, subscribe to a newsletter, or purchase tickets or NFTs, or attend or participate in any of our plays, musicals or movies and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our website. Users may visit the website anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can refuse to supply personal identification information, but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain activities.
How we use collected information
We may collect and use users’ personal identification information for the following purposes:
- To improve customer service
Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
- To personalize user experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided by us.
- To send periodic emails
We may use users’ email addresses to send information and updates pertaining to activities they are involved with, upcoming offers, specials, or our work in general. User email addresses may also be used to respond to user inquiries, questions, or other requests.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent user personal identification information to others with the exception of our publisher, EntertConsciousness Studios, LLC.

We have the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Your acceptance of these terms
By enrolling in any of our activities, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in any of the activities we are offering. Your continued enrollment in any of our activities following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
Terms and Conditions
This is an important legal document. It explains the assumption of any and all risks in deciding to follow the advice or insight, from Trevor Hart and/or Sharon Hart or their Guidance Team. Please read it carefully and note any questions you might have.
It is critical that you read and understand it completely. By signing up for any of our activities (private sessions, workshops, courses, retreats, spiritual mentoring groups, etc.) you acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions specified in this Waiver Release and Assumption of Risk statement. If you decide to proceed to register for any of our activities, it will represent a formal agreement between us.

WHAT IS HARTWISDOM?
HartWisdom is a combination of Quantum Dialogue Works practiced by Sharon Hart and LightBody Engineering practiced by Trevor Hart and They both work individually in their own practices, and they occasionally work together in group settings bringing their own expertise into the work.
WHAT IS RISING STRONG PROGRAM?
The Rising Strong Program is a coaching program designed exclusively for mothers of children with autism or nerodivergence. The program is designed to guide you through a journey of self-discovery, self-care, self-compassion and empowerment, offering insights and practical tools to navigate the unique challenges of being a mother of a child with more happiness in your life. There are also components of the coaching program geared; to supporting your autistic child’s happiness and bringing out the best in your child; to creating a harmonious relationship with your spouse or partner; and working with supporting the happiness and success of your other children. The goal of the program is for more harmony for the entire family. This program in non-sectarian and open to people of all faiths and beliefs.

Quantum Dialogue Works™ provides spiritual mentoring support to individuals wanting spiritual guidance, when dealing with life challenging situations. It involves a compassionate process that begins with seven key elements to working through life altering events. These are the keys that lead to a more joyful life – despite circumstances. At all times your psycho-spiritual healing is your responsibility. I am available to be your partner in this process, your committed listener, and your mirror.

More about Our Work
Alignment, meditation, and visualization sometimes provide various sensations during and after an individual or group session depending upon the topic or issue covered. Participants may sometimes experience an increased flow of energy throughout their body and personal space, creating an increased sense of well-being. As well, energy work may bring about the release of old emotions such as grief, sadness or anger as part of the healing process and may also bring forward outdated energetic patterns, including but not limited to, relationships with work, friends and family members. Clearing such imbalances in your subtle body may be reflected in your relationships with others and the world.
Clients often find it appropriate to relax right after a session and allow the integration of the energy work to continue. Drinking water and relaxing allows the body to eradicate old toxins and energy and provide the body to integrate the energetic alterations.
If you experience any discomfort that you believe is a result of any aspect of the work, please communicate this experience to us. If you feel that you need to consult with your healthcare practitioner while waiting for us to respond, please do so.
These discussions will be kept confidential except:
a) if and to the extent authorized by yourself.
b) as required for our professional supervision, where your name remains anonymous, and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the supervision.
c) when disclosure is required to prevent clear and imminent danger to yourself or others.
d) as required by law.
e) if either of us are a defendant in a civil, criminal or disciplinary action arising from the client relationship (in which case client confidences may only be disclosed in the course of that action).
Our work is intended to be in harmony with any other healing work that you undertake, including traditional medicine. Please feel free to discuss our work with your doctor or please let us know if you would like us to discuss any of our sessions with your doctor.
At your written request or approval, and according to our capabilities, and good conscience, and professional judgment we may consult with your other healers, therapists, physicians and spiritual teachers as appropriate to maximize the benefits to yourself.
We make no promises other than those outlined above. Many of our clients experience increased well-being and improvement in their condition. But we cannot promise you these things.
Cancellation Policy for Private One-on-One Sessions or Accelerator Breakthrough Retreats:
We prefer to set up a regular schedule to work with you, but there is never an obligation to continue treatment. Sessions are generally one hour in duration. However, because of the nature of our work, sometimes sessions are longer. If this occurs there is an additional fee billed in 15-minute increments.
Accelerator Breakthrough Retreats are online retreats with Sharon Hart scheduled for 10 hours; usually set up over a two days period with follow up sessions until the 10 hours are used. Additional time may or may not be made available at an additional cost.
If you cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible. We ask for full payment for the session, if you cancel within 24 hours prior to the session time. If you need to cancel over a weekend, we ask for 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.
Online retreats can be canceled for 24 hours after the retreat is scheduled. After that cancellations are not guaranteed. However you may request that an online retreat be rescheduled, the granting of this will be at the discretion of Sharon Hart and can not be guaranteed. Since there is never an obligation to continue the treatment, you may stop the session at anytime, but the balance of the time scheduled for the online retreat must be paid in full.
I hereby acknowledge I have volunteered to participate in a paid or unpaid Rising Strong Program, class, workshop, private Quantum Dialogue Works private, couples or group session, or HartWisdom group spiritual healing session, LightBody Engineering protocols, class, workshop, service, or audio or video recordings or programs with Trevor and/or Sharon Hart, Ordained Ministers to include, but also may not be limited to, any and all services provided, such as energy healing, intuitive coaching, spiritual guidance. In consideration of Trevor Hart’s and Sharon Hart’s agreement to instruct, assist, advise, or train me, I do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless Trevor Hart and/or Sharon Hart and their respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in any spiritual healing session, spiritual healing group or class or any program WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF following advice tendered and released or training rendered or use of facilities during a session or event.
I recognize that in no way does Trevor Hart and/or Sharon Hart or anyone on their team provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice and it is my responsibility to secure such advice. I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all activities, offerings, products, services, classes and/or programs in which I participate, or purchase.
I acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results I will achieve from any insight, guidance or program. I understand that results are individual and may vary.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY ENROLLING IN ANY ACTIVITIES, I AM WAIVING ANY RIGHT I OR MY SUCCESSORS MIGHT HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST TREVOR HART OR SHARON HART or HART WISDOM COMMUNITY, LIGHTBODY ENGINEERING OR ENTERTCONSCIOUSNESS STUDIOS FOR NEGLIGENCE OR THAT OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS.
Your submission of this form indicates that you have read and agree to the information in this document, understand it fully, and have discussed any questions or matters of concern with us. Submitting any form on our website is the same as signing this document.
